Jacqui Delclos, who is originally from Maryland, moved to the Northern Virginia area in 1984, where she maintains her studio. She graduated from The Maryland Institute, College of Art with a Fine Arts Degree. Additional study has been done at Towson State University, Essex Community College, Harford Community College, Northern Virginia Community College, and The Washington Studio School.

| For many years she has been involved in the arts in various different capacities. Jacqui has managed several art galleries, worked as a docent at the Phillips Collection, and taught in both public and private schools. She has served on the executive board of the Lorton Arts Foundation and been a member of the International Artist’s Support Group. |
